Problem

RRBSA needed a professional web presence before the facility opened, with a way to start building awareness, capture interested families, and prepare for a full launch once scheduling, programs, and facility details were ready.

Solution

ABQ Finest Web Design built a custom WordPress ecosystem for the academy, including a branded coming-soon experience, lead capture tools, structured SEO markup, and a full custom theme designed around the academy’s red, black, and gold brand direction.

Outcome

The academy gained a professional, SEO-indexable web presence before opening, with lead capture in place and a full launch-ready website prepared for the next phase of the business.

A launch-ready website for a new Rio Rancho training facility

Rio Rancho Baseball & Softball Academy needed more than a basic coming-soon page. The facility was preparing to open, but the brand needed to start looking real online, collecting interest, and building local visibility before launch.

The project started with a branded splash page that gave the academy a professional first impression while the full site continued to be prepared behind the scenes. The splash page included clear calls to action, contact details, service highlights, a lead capture modal, and structured schema markup to support early indexing.

Built around the academy’s next phase

Behind the splash page, the main site was built as a custom WordPress theme with a bold athletic design, mobile-first layout, and sections for the facility, programs, booking calls to action, coach information, location details, and launch messaging.

The system was designed so the site could move from “coming soon” to fully live without rebuilding the whole thing. Key content areas were made manageable through WordPress controls, giving the site a practical path from pre-launch marketing to day-to-day facility use.

Custom tools, not a bloated page builder

The build included custom WordPress plugin functionality for lead capture, branded email notifications, segmented form data, and CSV export. This gave the academy a way to track interest by sport, age, and program type before opening.

The result is a clean, custom-built website system that supports the academy’s brand launch now and gives it room to grow after the doors open.
